Limpopo tender accused in court

Polokwane - Several company directors accused of fraud related to Limpopo transport department tenders appeared in the Polokwane Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, the Hawks said.

The matter was postponed until March 27 for further investigations, Captain Paul Ramaloko said.

The department allegedly paid the accused R63 million over two months. Among them were Mmakgomo Kgosana, a senior manager in the provincial department, Denis Khoza, Tshepo Malema and Joseph Ratshidi.

They were released on bail ranging from R5000 to R10 000 each. - Sapa
