Johannesburg - A man has been arrested in Johannesburg for allegedly raping a teenaged girl in front of his one-year-old son, Gauteng police said on Thursday.
The 36-year-old man raped the 17-year-old while she was visiting her friend, who is the mother of his son, on Wednesday, said Warrant Officer Xoli Mbele.
He hit her with a chain when she refused to draw a bath for him, then raped her in front of his child and the boy's mother, he said.
The man was arrested in the Johannesburg CBD on Wednesday and was expected to appear soon in court. - Sapa
