Johannesburg - Five men were arrested in Kempton Park on Thursday, said the Hawks.

“The Hawks were following on information about a stolen air compressor with an estimated value of almost R1 million,” said Captain Paul Ramaloko.

The air compressor was reported stolen two weeks ago in the Kempton Park CBD.

Up on arrival at the block of flats, the Hawks found two suspected stolen vehicles, two rhino horns, the air compressor and a 9mm gun.

“The suspects will be appearing on Friday at the Kempton park Magistrate's Court.

“They face charges of possession of an unlicensed firearm, possession of suspected stolen vehicles and stolen goods,” said Ramaloko. - Sapa
