Cape Town - Residents of Phumlani Village in Grassy Park, angry about a range of service delivery issues, took their grievances to the street.

Armed with stones and pangas, the protesters burned tires and stoned passing motorists, vented their frustration for hours - causing road closures and traffic delays.
