Johannesburg - The ANC NEC is holding a briefing on the outcome of its special meeting at which it took the decision to recall President Jacob Zuma.
The decision to recall Zuma was taken at a marathon meeting of the party which started on Monday afternoon and ended on Tuesday morning at 3am.
Zuma reportedly refused to heed the party's call to resign, prompint the ANC to have a letter recalling him delivered to him on Tuesday morning.
The latest developments come after a week of negotiations around the embattled president's exit yielded no positive results.
