Johannesburg - Hundreds of protesters will no longer vote for the ANC, they sang in Johannesburg during a Democratic Alliance jobs march on Wednesday.

“We have been voting for the ANC, it doesn't work for us. It is better to vote for the DA because it works (kudala sivotela iANC ayisebenzi kungcono sivotele iDA iyasebenza).”

The rain didn't dampen the marchers' spirits as they sang songs and blew vuvuzelas.

Another song had the words “Thuli Madonsela ask them how they built Nkandla (we Thuli Madonsela awubabuze bayakhe kanjani iNkandla)”.

DA Gauteng premier candidate Mmusi Maimane was expected to address supporters.
