Durban – President Jacob Zuma will visit Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) starting on Sunday, the Presidency announced on Friday.

According to the statement, Zuma will visit Saudi Arabia on Sunday and then head to the UAE on Monday on a visit that is intended to boost bilateral ties between the two countries as well as business ties.

Zuma is due to be accompanied by International Relations and Co-operation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, State Security Minister David Mahlobo, Trade and Industry Minister Rob Davies, Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba and Police Minister Nkosinathi Nhleko.

A high-level business delegation would also be accompanying Zuma on the visit.
