PORT ELIZABETH - Jeffreys Bay police are investigating a case of murder following the discovery of the a dead married couple on Thursday.
Police spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart said police were summoned to the scene at Tunny Street, Jeffreys Bay at around 10am.
Swart said police found bodies in the home of a husband and wife both in their fifties.
The couple both sustained gunshot wounds to their heads.
Police officials confiscated a .38 firearm on the scene.

Police are investigating a case of murder and an inquest.
The motive for the murder is unknown at this stage, police said.
