Eskom announces load shedding

Johannesburg - There will be deliberate countrywide power cuts between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday, electricity giant Eskom said.

“Due to unavailability of some of our generators, we are implementing load shedding for an hour,” said spokesman Andrew Etzinger.
