Johannesburg -  The Constitutional Court, in Johannesburg, is on Tuesday, expected to hear a case involving the 20-year time limit on reporting sexual abuse from the time it was committed.

This follows a June ruling in the Johannesburg High Court in which the prescription regarding sexual assault offences in the Criminal Procedure Act (CPA) was deemed unconstitutional.
