Johannesburg - A cleaner who was emptying refuse bins in Margaret Avenue, Kempton Park on Friday morning found a foetus next to a dustbin.
When ER24 paramedics were called to the scene by the local authorities, they found the foetus - a baby girl - lying next to a bin, wrapped in a roll of newspaper.
Paramedics were unable to do anything to revive the infant and she was declared dead on the scene.
Authorities are investigating.
