Traffic delays expected as Boeing 737 to be transported to Fourways Mall

Johannesburg - Joburg north motorists have been warned to expect traffic delays owing to the transportation of a Boeing 737 to Fourways Mall on Tuesday. 

The Boeing is being transported to the mall ahead of the launch of  KidZania in South Africa.

KidZania, in a series of tweets, cautioned motorists to expect delays along busy routes in Joburg north and Ekurhuleni. 

"Motorists are advised of heavy traffic delays expected on Tuesday, 27 Feb 2018 between 5am-5pm due to the transportation of a Boeing 737, headed to Fourways Mall, for the launch of KidZania in South Africa.

KidZania is an interactive city made for children 2-14 that combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play.

It will be located within Fourways Mall, and is scheduled to open to the public late 2018.

The kid’s city will be 8000m² and will host a variety of educational opportunities and fun.
