Two planes collided at Pretoria's Wonderboom airport on Tuesday afternoon.
Airport manager Peet van Rensburg confirmed there had been an accident at the airport, but referred all enquiries to Tshwane Metro spokesperson Console Tleane.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha was able to provide some information when paramedics attended to the victims. After triaging the patients it was determined that 3 people had sustained relatively serious injuries.
Paramedics are still on scene stabilising the injured, said Botha.
Tleane could not be immediately reached for comment. -
