Johannesburg - A woman, believed to be in her 40s, was injured after she allegedly jumped out of a moving vehicle in Hammanskraal, ER24 said.
In a statement on Thursday, ER24 spokesman Russel Meiring said the woman was found lying on the side of the road surrounded by members of the community.
Paramedics assessed the woman, who sustained abrasions over most of her body.
"Fortunately, no serious injuries were found. The woman was treated for her injuries and was thereafter transported to Jubilee Provincial Hospital for further treatment," Meiring said.
