Durban - Two people were killed on Friday night in an accident on the N2 at the Nandi Drive bridge in Durban, paramedics said.
“A truck and a car had collided before the truck collided with the support beam for the bridge, leaving both driver and passenger severely entrapped in the cab,” said Rescue Care spokesman Garrith Jamieson.
“Paramedics assessed both occupants and found that they had sustained fatal injuries and had unfortunately passed away before their arrival,” Jamieson said.
