Rustenburg - Three men were arrested for possession of drugs with an estimated street value of R4 million in Broederstroom near Hartbeespoort Dam, North West police said on Thursday.
Brigadier Sabata Mokgwabone said police arrested three men in Hartbeespoort Dam and on Wednesday at about 7pm during a routine patrol.
"Police who were on a routine patrol stopped a suspicious white bakkie in the vicinity of Broederstroom ... during the search police found three boxes full of small packets containing mandrax tablets," said the brigadier.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Brits Magistrate's Court.
