All three of the triplets born in a Cape Town mall's toilet have died.
Instead of preparing for a happy homecoming, Alvina van Wyk, 22, now has to prepare for a large funeral.
The young mother caused a great commotion at Shoprite Mall in Kuils River when she unexpectedly went into labour and gave birth to three boys on Monday morning.
One of the boys died shortly after birth and on Thursday news that his brothers had also passed away spread around Happy Valley where Alvina lives.
The traumatised mom refused to speak to the media and told friends and neighbours that she needs time on her own.
A relative confirmed the deaths. - Daily Voice
