The statement, which stressed that deliberate attacks against civilians were contraventions of well-established international human rights and humanitarian law and constituted crimes against humanity, followed deadly attacks in Aden, Istanbul and Mogadishu.
"The South African Government condemns in the strongest terms the deadly terrorist attacks that took place in Yemen, Turkey and Somalia this weekend," Zuma said in the statement.
"Terrorism in any form and from whichever quarter cannot be condoned. We will continue to support regional and international efforts to address the scourge of terrorism in all its forms."African News Agency
