A Cape Town man put a video on YouTube showing him reaching speeds of 180km/h apparently on Rhodes Drive, the narrow, winding mountain road linking Constantia Nek and Newlands.
The man was so proud of his achievement that he posted the clip entitled “Bit of Fun on the Road”.
