Pretoria - Policemen blocked the entrance to the National Treasury when protesters arrived at the first stop of their anti-e-tolling march in Pretoria on Friday.
The marchers arrived at Treasury on Madiba Street before midday.
The crowd sang and danced as it headed to deliver a memorandum of their grievances to the department.
Several policemen, some in vehicles and others on bicycles, kept an eye on the march. - Sapa
