Thai police on Monday arrested a woman for allegedly attempting to traffic 271 methamphetamine tablets she had hidden in her bra, reports said.
Acting on a tip, police detained a 48-year-old Thai woman at a bus terminal in Rayong province, 140 kilometres south-east of Bangkok, but failed to find anything in her belongings, the Bangkok Post reported.
“The suspect kept looking at her own breast while we were searching, so we escorted her to the police station for a thorough search,” a police spokesman said.
Police found 271 methamphetamine tablets hidden in the woman's brassiere, which she confessed to having purchased to sell in Rayong, he said. - Sapa-dpa
