The South African Track and Field Championships at the McArthur Stadium in Potchefstroom this weekend is one of the most anticipated in history.

The likes of Akani Simbine, Wayde van Niekerk and Caster Semenya will headline the two-day event, and the athletes themselves have urged fans to #FillUpPotch on Friday and Saturday.

But exactly when will the main events take place? We have picked out some of the highlights of the championships so that you are able to follow the likes of Simbine and Co.

* SABC2 will broadcast hour-long highlights on Friday night from 9.30pm and Saturday at 11pm, while SABC Online will livestream certain events.
