DURBAN – The -14 point handicap is quite high, and if you favour the Boks to win the price is saucy at almost 4/1. The All Blacks at 2/10 will want revenge and I back the All Blacks to win by a couple of tries tomorrow.

In the other Championship match up, Argentina are at 7/10 playing at home to Australia at 12/10. Argentina will want to end on a high, and should win this by more than the handicap of 3 points.

Moving onto local diski, Maritzburg City plays Cape Town City tonight from Pietermaritzburg. I see goals at both ends and our boys from the capital to take at least 1 point from this encounter.

In Bloemfontein it’s a derby match between Free State Stars and Bloemfontein Celtic. This encounter should be a well contested match, but I would say back Siwelele to win.

Then the champagne footy is in Durban, with AmaZulu up against Pirates and Golden Arrows play Black Leopards. In both back our local home teams to win and collect 3 points. Sundowns will also be dazzling Wits, the home team should do the business here in Pretoria.

In the English Premiership, tonight’s dish is Brighton versus West Ham. This game is hard to call, and is shown in the odds of 17/10 each way.

Brighton is no slouch at home and the Hammers are coming in on some good form. I reckon back the boys in claret and blue to win on their visit to Falmer stadium.

On Saturday look out for these games, where Burnley plays Huddersfield, Leicester takes on Everton and Tottenham at 3/10 versus Cardiff. With these matches the home teams should all win.

Then the struggling Man United host Newcastle at Old Trafford and this should be interesting. The odds on Mourinho getting the boot by Christmas have already plummeted to 5/10, with money rushing in. Geordies should fancy their chances here of notching up a draw at the least?

Sunday serves us a bunch of footy dessert treats, to wrap up the weekend. Fulham are travelling to the Emirates to face the Arsenal. The Gunners should get up here and possibly win by 2 or more goals, as long as there’s no Europa Cup hangover.

Then there is Southampton playing Chelsea, one expects the Blues to win quite easily. The treat of it all has Man City playing Liverpool, in a top of the table clash. A good punt would be ‘both teams to score’, with Liverpool to win.

Lastly if you can stream, it is worth catching some baseball. There is a classic series starting tonight between New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox. This is their first post season series since 2004; where Boston went on to win the World Series for the first time in 84 years. This should be a classic!

Sangoma out!
