NEWPORT – There has been a late change to the Toyota Cheetahs team to take on the Dragons in a Pro14 match at Newport, Wales, on Friday evening.
Due to an injury, no 17 Erich de Jager will be replacing prop Charles Marais on the bench.
This will be the first meeting between the two sides.
“We’ve matured a lot as a side and our focus will be on what we need to do. We have grown tremendously playing in European conditions,” said Cheetahs captain Francois Venter. “The biggest lesson we’ve learned in Pro14 is to have control over the moment and to make a positive out of a negative."
