Durban – Injured backs Fred Zeilinga and Cobus Reinach have both been included in the Sharks' squad for their four-game tour to Australia and New Zealand next month.

Director of rugby Jake White named a 27-man party for the trip, which includes matches against the Rebels, Brumbies, Crusaders and Blues.

Flyhalf Zeilinga has been out for the last two weeks with a hamstring injury, while scrumhalf Reinach has missed over a month due to a broken hand.

“I have gone for 15 forwards and 12 backs, my selection was based on who is fit and healthy, but the nice thing is that there are a lot of guys who can play in different positions,” White said.

“We have a lot of players who can cover one or two positions which is good when you're selecting a touring squad.”
