Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter has rung the changes in the starting line-up for tonight’s Nelson Mandela Challenge clash against Paraguay in Durban.

Of the XI that began the 1-1 draw against Nigeria at the weekend, only captain Thulani Hlatshwayo, midfielder Tiyani Mabunda and forwards Percy Tau and Lebo Mothiba retain their places for the game at Moses Mabhida Stadium (7pm kickoff).

That means that Darren Keet gets a rare start in goal, with Itumeleng Khune totally rested as Ronwen Williams is on the bench.

Hlatshwayo has three new teammates in defence, with Ramahlwe Mphahlele restored at right back after Thamsanqa Mkhize got a chance against Nigeria.

Motjeka Madisha and Innocent Maela complete the backline.

In midfield, there are three new faces, with Vincent Pule and Lebogang Maboe partnering with Mabunda and Tebogo Mokoena.

Tau and Mothiba will look to build on their combination after they pulled off a slick move that saw Tau create a perfect layoff for Mothiba to score against the Super Eagles.

Tonight’s match won’t be broadcast on SABC, with SuperSport channel 204 showing it live.
