JOHANNESBURG – The Premier Soccer League (PSL) announced the venues and dates for the Telkom Knockout last 16 that will see Kaizer Chiefs “at home” in Durban, while AmaZulu will be “away” in their own backyard on October 28.

Amakhosi uses Moses Mabhida Stadium as their alternative venue. This season, Chiefs will host three Absa Premiership matches in one of the venues that was used during the 2010 Fifa World Cup.

The Soweto giants will look to have a better outcome in their trip to Durban in a cup competition, unlike their MTN8 clash that saw them being eliminated by eventual winners SuperSport United in the first round.

Matsatsantsa a Pitori start their bid of winning a second successive trophy with a trip to the Dr Molemela Stadium on October 28 against Bloemfontein Celtic.

The following day, the defending champions Cape Town City visit Baroka FC at Peter Mokaba Stadium in the start of their title defence.

The 2017 edition of the Telkom Knockout will start with Maritzburg United taking on Platinum Stars at Harry Gwala Stadium.
