Giovanni Solinas has decided to overhaul his Kaizer Chiefs team for today’s Telkom Knockout clash against Black Leopards at the FNB Stadium (3.30pm kickoff).

Following his Bafana Bafana appearances, Itumeleng Khune is only on the bench, with Virgil Vries getting a rare start in goal.

Zimbabwean star Khama Billiat has been given a breather entirely, after he picked up a back injury while on international duty in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

With Lebogang Manyama sidelined with a fractured elbow after his horrific car accident, and Leonardo Castro still out with an ankle problem, there is a new-look Chiefs attack.

Bernard Parker and Gustavo Paez are upfront, while Hendrick Ekstein will operate alongside Siphelele Ntshangase, Philani Zulu and captain Willard Katsande in midfield.

Substitutes: Itumeleng Khune, Daniel Cardoso, Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, George Maluleka, Bhongolethu Jayiya, Ryan Moon, Kabelo Mahlasela.
