As early as the fourth minute of the game Celtic striker Gabdinho Mhango took a shot inside the box but ballooned the ball over the bar.

As the first half progressed both sides played defensively to avoid conceding.

In the 38th minute, Aces striker Collins Mbesuma's ball was cleared off the goalline by Celtic defender Bevan Fransman.

The visitors took the lead in the 45th minute, Ndoro reeled off a powerful shot inside the box and beat keeper Patrick Tignyemb to make the score 1-0.

The second stanza started on an upbeat tempo with Celtic trying to find an equaliser.

In the 53rd minute Celtic levelled the scores through captain and Botswana international Mogorosi. Lerato Lamola sent a ball into the box and after a mistake by the Aces defence Mogorosi was able to find the back of the net for a 1-1 scoreline. – Sapa
