JOHANNESBURG - AmaZulu veteran striker Mabhuti Khenyeza has signed a pre-contract with Lamontville Golden Arrows.

Independent Media has gathered that Khenyeza is set to make another return to Abafana Bes’thende next season.

Khenyeza has been playing top flight football for the past 15 years, and is one of the leading strikers in Premier Soccer League history. He is fourth on the list of all-time leading scorers, with 105 strikes.

“Khenyeza is going back to Arrows. He is not happy with limited game time at AmaZulu,” a source stated.

Khenyeza has had two different spells with Arrows, first joining back in 2002 from Maritzburg City. He spent five season at the club before joining Kaizer Chiefs.

He returned home in 2015 and helped Arrows to gain promotion from the National First Division (NFD).

Khenyeza’s current contract with AmaZulu will expire at the end of the season.
