DURBAN - Mamelodi Sundowns out-going forward Khama Billiat is spoiled for choice with regards to his next destination, but hasn’t made the decision about his future.

His agent, Mike Ngobeni of M-Sport-Management confirmed the news when he spoke to Independent Media.

Billiat’s current deal with Sundowns will expire in June, and he has already made up his mind that he want to pursue his career abroad.

The question on everyone’s lips is where exactly is he going to ply his trade?

“Khama has a lot of offers, my man. He has offers from Belgium, Saudi Arabia, China, US and Qarabag, in Azerbaijan. We have not signed a pre-contract with anyone and we don’t want to make rushed decisions. We want to take our time.

“Let’s give Khama an opportunity to finish on a high at Sundowns,” Ngobeni said.

Billiat has been with Sundowns since 2013, and has won two league titles, the Nedbank Cup, Telkom Knockout, Caf Champions League and the Caf Super Cup trophies.

During his five-year stay at Sundowns, he has participated in the Fifa Club World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations, with Zimbabwe last year.

“Yes he is leaving Sundowns and he wants to grow his career abroad. He has won everything in South Africa and doesn’t have any problems with Sundowns,” Ngobeni said.

Billiat is expected to repeat his first-round performance against Bidvest Wits at Loftus Versfeld. The game will kickoff at 6pm on Saturday. The skillful Zimbabwean forward netted the brace when the sides met in the first round.
