Kaizer Chiefs will have an opportunity to gain revenge on SuperSport United in the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals.

The Amakhosi were pitched against Matsatsantsa a Pitori in a home game during the draw at King Zwelithini Stadium in uMlazi on Tuesday night.

SuperSport beat Chiefs in the MTN8 semi-finals earlier this season.

Chiefs needed a 4-2 penalty shoot-out victory over Black Leopards to advance to the last eight, and SuperSport went the same route, getting the better of Polokwane City 6-5 on spot-kicks.

AmaZulu claimed the last quarter-final spot by beating Cape Town City 2-0 on Tuesday, with goals by Emiliano Tade and Bongi Ntuli, both in the second half.

Usuthu’s favourable night continued as they also got a home tie against Orlando Pirates, who beat Chippa United 1-0 at the weekend.

The other matches will feature Maritzburg United against champions Wits, while Mamelodi Sundowns will have to travel to Limpopo to take on Baroka FC, with dates and times still to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, the PSL announced on Tuesday night that the final on December 8 will be played at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
