Durban - Fitness bunnie Sbahle Mpisane was discharged from the Durban hospital she had been admitted since her horror crash on the Margaret Mncadi (Victoria Embankment) Avenue on the early hours of August 9.
Her father, businessman Sbu Mpisane, confirmed Sbahle had been discharged on Friday.
“Yes we did fetch Sbahle from hospital today and we are happy to have her back home with us,” he said.
The popular Sbahle, who is known around the country for her antics as a fitness enthusiast was involved in a near fatal accident on August 9. The Durban fire rescue crew had to use the jaws of life to free her from her severely damaged BMW 4 series.
Her father said previously that she had suffered multiple fractures.
At the time of the accident, provincial police said they would be investigating a case of reckless and negligent driving. At the time, police said they were investigating the cause of the accident.
Sbahle Mpisane was all smiles when she left the Durban hospital after three months on Friday.
Sbahle’s close friends posted pictures of a very vibrant and radiant looking Sbalhe leaving the hospital in a wheelchair on Friday. Her friends also posted a picture of her standing next to her wheelchair.
