The

gold carpet was rolled out for South African stars who brought their savoir faire to the Moët & Chandon Grand Day 2018 at Four Seasons, The Westcliff Arcadia Ballroom, in Johannesburg on Friday.

Top celebrities came to toast memorable moments that brought joy to their lives, with the likes of Boity Thulo, Tshepi Vundla, Ms Cosmo, Khanya Mkangisa, Troy Molaiwa and Kelly Khumalo in attendance.

Gold was the theme for the Moët & Chandon global day-to-night party in 80 countries on June 9, bringing together over a million people for a champagne celebration from Hong Kong to Lagos and Johannesburg to Montreal.

Guests at the Grand Day enjoyed mini magnums from Africa’s first ‘mini’ Moët & Chandon vending machine.

DJ Lerato Kganyago and choreographed dancers performed while a gold, six-litre illuminated Moët & Chandon was uncorked and served on the dance floor, setting the 'flow' for an evening of generosity and celebration.

Lorna Maseko, in a fitted sequined mini dress, was presented with the award for ‘Most Glamorous’ and Troy Molaiwa claimed the title of ‘Most Stylish’ in a stunning, black coat embellished with gold buttons.

There was a countdown to a connected group toast and a final toast to Moët & Chandon as a golden buzzer released gold confetti.
