Sameera Reddy is not worried about acting in Gautham Vasudev Menon’s last directorial venture, Nadunisi Naaygal, a film which raised many eyebrows for its ‘controversial content’.
“I did the role just for Gautham Menon. I don’t have any regrets about it,” said the actress from Andhra Pradesh, whose earlier venture with the director, the Suriya-starrer Vaaranam Aayiram, was a good hit.
Currently part of two Tamil films, Lingusamy’s Vettai and Prabhu Deva's Prabhakaran, Sameera said: “I am sharing screen space with both the stars of Avan Ivan, Vishal and Arya, in Prabhakaran and Vettai respectively.”
Happy about bagging two meaty roles in Kollywood, she added: “I believe this year is going to be so memorable for me in Tamil.”
Meanwhile, Sameera is busy supervising the construction work of her new house in Mumbai.
