We have the luck of living in a fantastic country that has beautiful sites and fantastic weather. Sometimes, we end up thinking there isn’t much to do in a specific province because it’s activities aren’t marketed properly.

We bring you some really fun activities that you can get up to in the North West.

1.  Visit De Wildt Cheetah & Wildlife Centre

We are in a country that is known the world over for our wildlife. It would certainly be a wasted opportunity if you don’t visit the cheetah and wildlife center that’s based in Magaliesburg. There are three hour guided tours on certain days of the week. Booking is essential. Photographic tours can be requested.

2. Miracle Waters Diving

If you need to be closer to water creatures as well, then the diving that’s offered in Brits is for you. Unfortunately there are no corals or tropical fish to marvel at, there’s 10m of visibility in the warm water. The space used to be an opencast chrome mine, in which you can reach up to 33 meters under water.

4. Free flying

If you have ever believed that you can fly, then this is for you.  Located in Brits, this flying adventure lasts for about 20-25mins. You are flown up to 2000 feet before being released from the back of a plane to glide back down towards the airfield.
