A lot of people have asked me lately, how close are you actually to these big cats when you are on a safari? So today I share this, maybe not the best, photograph that pretty much answers that question. This photo was taken two minutes after the photo on my last post. I hope this gives a little insight to just how close you get to the wildlife on a game drive! 🐆📷🤙🐆🇰🇪 #naturelover #exploremore #keepexploring #travelphotography #earthcapture #natgeotravelpic #roamtheplanet #exploringtheglobe #landscapephotographer #maasai #theglobewanderer #africa #igs_africa #afrique #super_africa #ig_africa #kenya #masaimara #safari #bigfive #sundowner #savannah #cheetahs #wildlifeonearth #wildlifeaddicts #wildlifephotography #wildglobe #naturephotography #nature_cuties #lions

Just  270 km from Nairobi, travellers could take 4-5 hours by road or 40-45 minutes by flight.

The best times to visit are between July to October, or December to February if you want to see the big cats in all their glory.  To enjoy the experience, try to stay between three to four days.

Fortunately, there is a range of accommodation options, ranging from budget to luxury.

“This is the World Cup of Wildlife, and together with the Serengeti National Park there is no better place to witness the best wildlife viewing in the world,” it says on its website.
