The Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is arguably the biggest sporting event in the UAE, and popular amongst visitors for the many off-track entertainment and activities.

2017 will be no different and away from the track, four days of entertainment are being planned for ticketholders, including Super Thursday’s pit lane walk and daily post-race concerts by world-class musicians. Music and entertainment festival Yasalam will also return for the ninth year.

New to Formula 1 racing or a professional spectator, Abu Dhabi is the once race of the year not to be missed, here’s what you can expect for this year’s grand finale.

The stars come out to play

On 25 November, you should add the date to your diary if you are a fan of If you're a big fan of British house music as DJ legend Carl Cox will be performing between 22h00 and 05h00 the following morning.  On 26 November, Grammy Award-winning DJ Tiësto will bring the trio of party days to a close with his set scheduled between 22h00 to 05h00.

Pretty in pink

Forget blue, Yas Marina Circuit decided it was time for a colour change and decided that it will be, well, pink, of course.

It is said that pink is not just a colour, but an attitude and this year the 2017 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will provide F1 drivers with a soft tone environment.

While the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has never lacked in flashiness and attraction value, this new rosiness will undoubtedly take it all to a new level.

A family affair

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix continues to offer its incredible array of ticket packages available to suit fans, families and entertainment seekers for the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

All ticket categories for 2017 have been maintained at 2016 prices on established favourites such as Abu Dhabi Hill and the array of five Grandstand options, and this year the new ‘Kids Go Free’ package has been introduced, providing additional flexibility and value.

With each three-day adult Grandstand ticket purchased, ‘Kids Go Free’. This means that one child under 12 will get free Friday entry to that Grandstand, as well as enjoying free access to Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
