First holiday memory?
The Garden Route with my mom and siblings! We went almost every December. It was such a special time exploring the area.

Cape Town - I might be biased
Best holiday?
My best holiday to date was visiting Barcelona with my mom. We bonded and I fell in love with everything the city had to offer.
What have you learnt from your travels?
I've learnt that every country has its troubles. I've come to appreciate South Africa’s hospitality and kindness! I've also inherited a lot random facts to pull out at the dinner table.
Ideal travelling companion?
My husband, we really get each other and he is helpful when it comes to lugging my many bags around. He is also extremely organized which is a huge bonus.
Beach bum, culture vulture or adrenalin junkie?
Culture vulture for sure!
Greatest travel luxury?
A great 5-star hotel
Holiday reading?
I love a good auto biography, just finished Bonang’s - it was brilliant!
Must-have beauty product when traveling?
Vitamin infused spray especially after a flight. I love Urban Decay’s B6.
It is a soothing spray any time of day to hydrate, prep, and soften skin with vitamins and antioxidants
Worst travel experience?
Sitting next to a smelly passenger on a 16-hour flight.
Best hotel?
The LUX* Saint Gilles on Reunion Island was up there with one of the best I've stayed in. Second to that I love the Radisson in Sandton for business trips it's a classic and the Wi-Fi is always fast and free
Favourite walk, swim, ride or drive?
Walk when I'm overseas but drive when I'm home. I'm lazy in my own city
Best meal abroad?
I had a vegan hot dog at By Chloe in Greenwich village New York City it was the best hot dog I have ever had, yum!

New York for sure
Where to next?
I'm off to Miami and Barbados with my husband to support him in the Caribbean Premier league. We love the islands it's always a great vibe!
