The annual Rocking the Daisies festival will be back for another massive musical party in about three weeks. Daisies, which takes place over four days from the 5th to the 8th of October at Cloof Wine Estate, is known to be an action-filled marathon party.

That said, it isn't all fun and games and you need to be prepared if you're taking the trip down to Darling.

Pronutro

With all the partying and dancing, making time to go and buy some food in the typically long food lines isn't particularly convenient. This is where Pronutro comes in handy. Not only is it a nutritious cereal, it is also easy to make. All you've got to do is get yourself some water (and sugar, if you like), mix it in a bowl with your Pronutro and you're good to go. No frills, no fuss.

Sunscreen

Few things can dampen your mood quite like some sunburn. So, it's probably a very smart idea to pack some sunscreen to project yourself against this. A cap would be wise too, but make sure that you've got the sunscreen and duly rub it in throughout the day.

Warm clothes

The late evenings and early mornings can get quite chilly. While sleeping in a tent, intoxicated and probably buzzing from all the music, it's easy to get caught up and forget to cover yourself appropriately. So make sure you pack some warm clothes, so that even if you do pass out and fall asleep outside, you don't find yourself catching a cold and having to sit in your tent drinking cough syrup all day. That would be just tragic, man.
