There is some good news for Thanda Safari travellers. The five-star private game reserve located in Northern KwaZulu-Natal has brought a 22-month-old cheetah to its reserve. 

The Leading Hotels of the World member revealed on Instagram that the cheetah arrived on Tuesday from Mkuze Game Reserve. The cheetah can be seen wandering her new surroundings just minutes after Thanda Safari’s Wildlife Coordinator Mariana Venter opened the transport case.

The hotel said on Instagram: “A 22-month-old Cheetah female arrived today at Thanda Safari from Mkuze Game Reserve. The young lady will spend some time in a boma to get used to her new home before she will be released onto the reserve…” (sic).
