Turkish Airlines has won three major categories in the TripAdvisor 2018 Travellers’ Choice Awards.
The airline was voted both ‘Best Economy Class in Europe’, ‘Best Business Class in Europe’, and a special Travellers’ Choice ‘Major Airline in Europe’ accolade.
The TripAdvisor awards are based on the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings on the TripAdvisor site for airlines worldwide over a 12-month period. Bryan Saltzburg, Senior Vice President and General Manager for TripAdvisor Flights, said they recognised the carriers that exceed passenger expectations and receive top marks from travellers.
Ahmet Olmuştur, Turkish Airlines Chief Marketing Officer, said the airline is honoured by the awards and will continue to keep flyers happy with their service delivery.
"The awards represent a valuable appreciation for our commitment to excellence and are a testament to the great efforts made by the entire Turkish Airlines family to turn our passengers' flight experiences into exclusive and memorable journeys," he said.
