Johannesburg - Insight Vacations has unveiled its 2017 USA, Canada and South America brochure showcasing four brand new itineraries, three of which will offer deeper explorations into South America with the addition of Brazil, Argentina, Chile and the Galapagos Islands across all-new escorted holidays.

The programme will also see the expansion of Insight Vacation's range of Premium journeys in North America with the addition of the 23-day Grand Tour of the American West.

“Having received such a great response to our new Peru Luxury Gold journey last year we decided to expand our range into this magnificent continent, bringing more of its cultural wonders and captivating landscapes to our guests. The three new itineraries are brimming with bucket list experiences, from witnessing the electrically-charged tango in Buenos Aires to dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant at iconic Copacabana Beach and coming eye-to-eye with the unique wildlife of the Galapagos Islands.

“We're confident these carefully curated itineraries will be as popular with Australian travellers as our Peru journey has been,” commented Pieter Beyers, General Manager of Insight Vacations.

Insight Vacations' Luxury Gold itineraries offer unforgettable journeys with stays in the finest handpicked hotels.

Amongst these are the Belmond das Cataratas, the only hotel located inside Brazil's Iguassu National Park which allows guests to explore the magnificent Falls after the park closes to visitors, the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Banff Springs and the outstanding Park Hyatt in the heart of midtown Manhattan.

Each itinerary also includes the opportunity to dine at award-winning restaurants, such as Roy's Waikiki fusion restaurant on the idyllic island of Oahu and the Michelin-starred Mee restaurant, positioned on Brazil's iconic Copacabana beach.

Exclusive authentic experiences are another hallmark of the Luxury Gold Collection and this year include a private tour of Graceland with one of Elvis Presley's close friends, George Klein, as he regales guests with personal anecdotes about the King as well as an encounter with a Royal Canadian Mountie.
