Kwazulu-Natal is well known for its mild and sunny winters. Escape to the Garden Court South Beach.
Although it can get rather chilly on the Garden Route it is still one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
Ceres, just outside Cape Town, is also a popular destination for snow lovers, so why not take a daytrip and stay for the weekend at Signal Hill Lodge. Some more snow gems are on the East Coast of South Africa, such as Hogsback or Tiffendel, for the chance to experience winter snow. Alternatively, you can also visit Sutherland in the Karoo and snuggle up in front of the fire at your chosen accommodation and mingle with the locals during the day.
