In support of Childhood Cancer Awareness month, Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff, in partnership with The High Commission of Canada in South Africa will be hosting its second annual “Run for Hope” fun run on Saturday, 9th September 2017 to raise funds in support of children living with cancer and life threatening blood disorders. The support of corporations and individuals is vital to the on-going work of CHOC an over the past two decades, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts around the world have raised more than a billion rand towards Cancer Research.

The aim of Childhood Cancer Awareness month is to increase awareness of childhood cancer. With this comes greater awareness of the early warning signs of childhood cancer, earlier diagnosis, increase funding and ultimately a change in the prognosis for children diagnosed with childhood cancer. Why gold?  Gold is the colour of strength, courage and resilience.

Runners and non-runners are also able to support the cause by making a donation or by raising funds, with the help of friends and family. The Run For Hope participant and non-runner to raise the most money for CHOC will win a luxury stay at Four Seasons Seychelles or Four Seasons Mauritius.
