FAMILIES can navigate Intaka Island at Century City tomorrow, armed with a map that will lead them to four nests of Easter eggs. On completion, they can collect a bundle of treats. It costs R30 a child, and is free for adults.

If moms and dads prefer, they can head to the main Century City Natural Goods Market, where they can enjoy a glass of organic bubbly or craft beer with a delicious, healthy snack on the side, while the offspring party with the Easter bunny.

Ryan Kidwell will play his folk acoustic tunes as the soundtrack to the shopping, eating and drinking experience at the market.

“The combination of sincere lyrics based on his life experiences and his acoustic folk-rock style make for a truly heartfelt experience. Performing all of his original songs as well as collaborating with friends and fellow musicians, Ryan is a captivating act not to be missed,” said the organisers.

Other activities at this month’s market include free train rides until 1pm, a jumping castle, Art on the Island and for dog lovers, African Tails will be hosting an adoption day with the cutest brakkies and puppies seeking homes.
