Johannesburg - JSE-listed gold producer DRDGold has appointed Francois van der Westhuizen as its chief financial officer, the company said on Wednesday.
Van der Westhuizen, who was the company's group financial accountant, would take over from Craig Barnes from January 1.
Barnes was emigrating to Australia.
DRDGold said 33-year-old Van der Westhuizen had over 11 years experience, five of them in the mining industry. - Sapa
