Johannesburg - Toyota SA chief executive Johan van Zyl has been re-elected president of the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of SA (Naamsa), the organisation said on Monday.

Ford SA chief executive Jeff Nemeth was elected vice president for 2014 from the manufacturers' side and Associated Motor Holdings Group chief executive Manny De Canha was re-elected vice president from the ranks of importers and distributors.

Volkswagen Group SA managing director David Powels is the immediate past president.

Naamsa collects monthly vehicle sales figures and comments on relevant issues within the industry. - Sapa
