'#IdolsSA guest judge Phat Joe should be permanent'

Mzansi Magic reality TV & singing competition, #IdolsSA , visited Durban on Sunday. Radio and television personality Phat Joe left the viewers thrilled after his stint as a guest judge.

The KZN auditions were held at the Playhouse and, as always, people came in numbers to showcase their talents. The people of Durban were expected to raise the bar by following the footsteps of 2016 winner, Noma Khumalo.

Phat Joe was the third guest judge of season 13. He followed Idols SA season 8 winner, Khaya Mthethwa, who was  guest judge in the Pretoria auditions last Sunday. Afro-soul singer, Donald was the first guest judge of the season, at the  Cape Town auditions.

Phat Joe’ created a buzz on social media, leaving viewers wanting for more, with some even suggesting that the Idols team should consider hiring him as a permanent judge:

Next week, singer and actress, Kelly Khumalo will be the guest judge for Johannesburg.
