Who’s Your Daddy

Written by Chris Forrest and directed by Bevan Cullinan, this laugh-a-minute show is a must see!  Chris’ unique dry sense of humour, his quick wit and intelligent comedy has made him one of the country’s most popular comedians. Having started out in the 90’s, Chris has performed on every worthwhile comedy club, showcase and festival – locally and abroad.

Jonathan Rubain’s 'I’m in love with a Guitarist'

Jonathan Rubain’s 'I’m in love with a Guitarist' returns to the Baxter for a third time this August for a limited run. Virtuoso guitarist, producer and director Jonathan Rubain is back for the third time with his sold-out hit show, I’m in love with a Guitarist, at the Baxter Concert Hall for three performances.

Berlin eKapa Festival

Coinciding with Women's Month, festival goers will be entertained by some of the hottest female acts in Mzansi, including: Moozlie; Rouge; and DJ Doowap, supported by DJ Capital; and Beatsampras to name a few.

Berlin eKapa will also have photo exhibitions from international talents such as Andre Alexander from Bavaria, Berlingraphie (Berlin) and Polaroidville (Berlin). Local audiences will experience the edgy works of Zimbabwean born, Thandi Gula and emerging talents Geraldzinyo, and Mr High Art to name a few.

South African Choral Concert

The Philharmonia Choir of Cape Town is collaborating with The Phenomenal Opera Voices to bring you a South African Choral Concert. With a South African theme in mind, The Philharmonia Choir will be performing the San Gloria by Péter Louis van Dijk, and Prayers and Dances of Praise from Africa by Peter Klatzow, conducted by Richard Haigh. Both Péter Louis van Dijk and Peter Klatzow are internationally renowned South African composers.The third movement is a prayer from Ghana called Cover me with the Night.
